We will process your order within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once you receive your order confirmation. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped. Occasionally, high order volumes or postal delays may occur, but rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to get your gear to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order! We cannot be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs. Simply place a new order with the correct details, and you'll be all set!

Please note that international orders do not include taxes and duty fees at checkout. The shipping fee you pay only covers the delivery of your items from us to you. Once your package arrives in your country, you might be required to pay additional taxes, such as VAT, determined by your local government. The shipping carrier may hold your package until these fees are paid. We recommend checking with your local authorities to understand any additional costs you may incur. You will be responsible for these duties when your order arrives.

Once your order hits the road, you'll get an email from us with a tracking number to keep tabs on your package. It might take about 48 hours for the tracking details to kick in. If you don't see your order within 7 days of getting that shipping confirmation, feel free to email us at customerservice@tenore.com with your name and order number.

If your package is returned to us or if you decide to refuse it, we’ll restock the items and issue a credit to your account. For international orders, we’ll process a refund minus the return shipping costs if the package is refused. We’re committed to delivering your gear to you, but please ensure your address information is accurate. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address details.

Accessories and Swimwear are final sale, no returns or refunds.
Returns: You've got 30 days from delivery to send back anything else. We accept new, unworn and unwashed garments.Returns can offer you a refund, an exchange, or store credit for your next purchase. Just remember, exchanges depend on what's in stock. If your dream item is unavailable when we process your return, we'll provide you with some credit instead.

Just a heads up: The $8.00 fee is only tagged onto returns requesting a refund. As for processing returns, it takes us 5-7 business days to get things sorted once we've got your
return package in hand. -
While we're happy to handle returns for our international customers, our return labels are strictly for use within the U.S. You'll need to arrange your own return shipping.
Once we've got your product back, we'll sort out your return within 5-7 business days. If you're eyeing an exchange, we'll ship it out during that same week, on us! Just a heads up though: any customs taxes or duties your country slaps on are on you, and we can't predict what those might be.
